1. Our service

Aviate is a travel platform that connects you with properties across the Maldives. We are not the operator of the properties listed and are not a party to your stay contract.

2. Bookings

Bookings are arranged directly with the property. Each property sets its own rates, availability and cancellation policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use our site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to our services.

4. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aviate is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform or any stay you book through it.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
